Bodo Uebber, Chairman of the Board of Directors. Mr. Uebber, who has been member of the EADS Board of Directors since 2007, has succeeded Rüdiger Grube effective 14 April 2009. Mr. Grube resigned from his current position due to his new responsibility as CEO of Deutsche Bahn. |
