The Mirage F-1 aircraft of the Spanish Air Force have undergone upgrades at the Getafe site.

It is now flying with new navigation, self-protection and weapon systems that guarantee its interoperability within NATO. A total of 44 Mirage F-1 aircraft have been modified at Getafe.
