Mr. Bodo Uebber was appointed Chairman of EADS in April 2009. He has been a Member of Daimler AG’s Board of Management since 2003. He is currently responsible for finance, controlling, corporate procurement and Daimler Financial Services. In 2001, he was appointed Member of the Board of Management and Chief Financial Officer of Daimler Services AG and subsequently in 2003 Chairman of the Board of Management of Daimler Services AG, as well as Deputy Member of the Board of Management of Daimler AG. He previously held various financial positions within DASA AG, Dornier Luftfahrt and MTU Aero Engines GmbH. Mr. Uebber graduated in engineering and economics at the Technical University of Karlsruhe.
