Marignane - Im ständigen Bestreben, sich in den Bereichen Kundendienst und Kundenzufriedenheit immer weiter zu verbessern, hat Eurocopter jüngst das „Customer Support Center“ (CSC), ein Call Center, welches sieben Tage die Woche rund um die Uhr erreichbar ist, eröffnet. Dieses wird zunächst Kunden in Europa bedienen und ab Ende dieses Jahres durch Einbindung der Logistik-Hubs in Hongkong und Dallas auch international tätig sein, damit Eurocopter-Kunden überall auf der Welt zu jeder Zeit der gleiche hochwertige Service geboten wird.
