For our FMD Programme we are looking for external or internal young professionals with four to six years of relevant operational working experience in financial functions such as Accounting, Treasury and/or Controlling.
Additionally, you should also meet the following requirements:

Excellent academic background in business and a solid employment track

Financial expertise along with a passion for the aerospace and also defence industry

Fluent in English

Management potential and international exposure

Analytical thinking and planning

Young mindedness and global thinking

Worldwide mobility and willing to work in different EADS countries
The FMD Programme shall accelerate your climb within EADS and will give you vital insights into the world of EADS. Besides sharpening your managerial skills, you will have the opportunity to explore your own abilities and broaden your horizons.
