Dancopter Signs With Eurocopter For 2 EC155

Le Bourget, PARIS AIRSHOW 2007, 20 June 2007

Eurocopter CEO, Lutz Bertling signed today with Torben Bjerre Madsen and Jan Hageman, respectively chairman and managing director of Dancopter a contract for 2 EC155B1. Dancopter, based in Denmark, is a company specialised in helicopter services for oil & gas companies, including SHELL, DONG and HESS.

Dancopter operates today four EC 155, two being based in Denmark and two in the Netherlands. The two new aircraft will be delivered within the next two years and will be operated in each of these 2 locations. Currently, the EC155 fly each an average of 1,200 hour per year with an availability rate of 98%. The EC 155 is known for its cabin comfort, high speed, range and reliability.

Dancopter employs today 16 pilots and will increase this number up to 28, in order to meet the growing demand for offshore services.

Dancopter is a 100 percent subsidiary of HeliNor, sister company of Helicopter Transportation Group (HTG). Aage Krog, chairman of HTG, attended the ceremony and witnessed the signature. Aage Krog took delivery of the two first EC155 during the Le Bourget Airshow of 2005.
