EADS N.V. - Composition of the EADS Executive Committee

Following the changes in management structure at EADS 12 members comprise the Executive Committee.

Tom Enders, President and CEO of Airbus, will be representing Airbus in the EADS Executive Committee.

Fabrice Brégier, Chief Operating Officer of Airbus, will remain an Executive Committee member: Upon the proposal of Louis Gallois, he will be assigned a permanent Group-wide mission besides his present function as Airbus COO to ensure EADS enhanced operational performance.
