TET

Annual Meeting & Executive Forums

Shaping strategic thinking

Who

The Executive Forums are designed mainly for the 150 Senior Vice Presidents (level 2) to work on strategic issues. The TET meeting brings together the Senior Vice Presidents, the members of the Executive Committee and the 40 Corporate Vice Presidents (level 1).

Why

  • To develop Top Executives’ leadership by enabling them to play a significant role in crafting a shared vision of corporate strategy,
  • To build bridges and develop networks to overcome structural barriers within the corporation,
  • To define propositions to address strategic issues,
  • To share internal and external best practices.

How

These events are forums for exchange of experience among leaders and cover key topics defined each year by the Executive Committee. The subjects debated revolve around major challenges facing the Company and impacting its growth. The discussions
during the sessions relate to the overall directions and their day-to-day implementation. External benchmarking is also included.
