The Executive Forum provides a structure to debate common challenges and cross-divisional issues among Executives from different countries and Divisions. It generates concrete proposals to address strategic issues.
The Annual Meeting is a yearly event bringing together the Top 200 (our Corporate and Senior Vice Presidents). It is the vehicle for communicating key information on EADS results, strategies, targets and the forums’ outcome. It is also a platform for debate and to prepare cascading communication.
A series of short, 1 to 3-day workshops, exchange events or conferences targeting EADS Executives. They support the Executives in their daily activities by covering burning day-to-day issues and strategic challenges. The HotTopics program equips Executives to better manage their organizational units in a fast-changing business environment. They provide added value to the Executives themselves, their people and EADS as a whole.
An innovative, pragmatic 13-day global leadership development program spread over one year offering e-leadership assessments, e-learning, two European modules, a customized
business simulation, and an international learning expedition outside Europe, in a country of strategic importance for EADS. The objective is to develop and refine critical leadership competencies needed in our current and next generation of Executives.
An international, intensive 16-day program spread over one year, mixed with e-learning modules and a remote business game simulation, designed to develop the leadership skills of talented Managers and Senior Managers. The objective is to groom the target audience for EADS Executive or Corporate Executive positions in the mid-term.
