Who

The catalogue of Hot Topics workshops and conferences is aimed at the 1,000 EADS Executives.

Why

Hot Topics address burning issues identified by Executives, EADS top management and strategic initiatives. They aim:

  • To foster strategic and leadership competencies,
  • To give aid to find practical answers to EADS and executives´ challenges,
  • To give a broader overview of EADS, insights into its businesses
    and specifities and support the creation of an EADS spirit,
  • To provide Executives with modern management concepts
    and best-practices to find practical solutions,
  • To build up cross-divisional networks and diverse contacts with Executives from other Business Units, backgrounds and experiences,
  • To provide time for reflection, inspiration and views from different angles.

How

The Hot Topics portfolio covers different formats, eg. Workshop – a program lasting
2-3 days with a group of 15-25 Executives - giving the opportunity to gain current management know-how from a high-class lecturer from reputable business schools, consultancies of the business world, and to share experiences with EADS peers. Seminars emphasize a high level of transferability to EADS´ business by leading to concrete, immediate outputs and impacts for EADS.

Conference - a one day event with a group of 100 - 200 Executives – a place for gaining and collecting insights, information from a variety of internal or external speakers, delivering a diversity of perspectives around a relevant topic. Conferences aim to strengthen awareness of a burning issue.
