The AMS Programme aims to ensure a high standard of future marketing and sales experts in the medium and long term. Hence, we are looking for young professionals with 4 to 6 years of work experience in the field of Marketing & Sales.
Additionally, you should have the following skills:

fluent in English and at least one other EADS language
The AMS programme shall accelerate your climb within EADS and will give you vital insights into the world of EADS. Besides sharpening your managerial skills, you will have the opportunity to explore your own abilities and broaden your horizons.
