Overview of the Advanced Marketing & Sales Programme (AMS)

This Development Programme, sponsored by the EADS Chief Strategy and Marketing Officer Marwan Lahoud, aims to ensure a high standard of future marketing and sales experts in the medium and long term. This shall be achieved by accelerating the development of company-wide qualified specialists with knowledge of the involved industries and markets. EADS has launched this programme to offer internal and external professionals and extraordinary opportunity to gather experience within a short period of time. And that’s where your role comes into place.

You, as a manager within the AMS Programme, will have the opportunity to gain experience in international projects while working in multicultural teams. Four individually tailored projects will allow you to, not only, create networks within EADS, but also interact with highly sophisticated marketing and sales managers and executives.

Despite the many challenges that you will face, you will have the chance to benefit also from personal mentoring, individual care and promotion and many network opportunities.
