Any system is only as good as the crew it is operated by. In particular highly advanced equipment calls for intensive training of personnel.

At EADS Military Air Systems, the topic of training systems covers consultation on and definition of the respective training goals, preparation of training courses and the curricula for such courses, the development, procurement and supervision of the training equipment and, finally, the training itself. This is, of course, all determined in conjunction with the customer.
