The customers of EADS Military Air Systems are, first and foremost, NATO states – guarantors for the responsible use of advanced airborne military systems.
EADS Military Air Systems is the lead company in the provision of technical-logistic support for the airborne systems operated by the German and Spanish Air Forces and Navies. Modification, life extension and performance enhancement programmes are developed and realised for our customers.
Germany, Great Britain, Italy and Spain participate in the Eurofighter programme. 620 aircraft are being built for these countries (with options for a further 90). EADS Military Air Systems is carrying out the final assembly of 180 aircraft for the German Air Force and 87 for Spain.
