Use

  • Data production for:
    • Mission planning systems (Hawkeye, Rafale, Apache, …)
    • Command, control and communication systems (AIDCOM…)
  • Production management including activity control tools
  • Multi-sources data processing (paper maps, vector maps, satellite images, aerial photographs and Digital Terrain Models)
  • Interoperability guaranteed through standard formats

User

EGAM (Elément Géographique Air Marine) is the user of the CCAM. Its mission is to produce and to distribute the products of geography numeric, meeting the needs of operational computer systems.

Stage of development

A Navy system installed aboard the “Charles de Gaulle” aircraft carrier since 2001and deployed during the “Heracles”, Agapanthe and MECI/MECO exercises.
