ATR certified ISO 9001-2000 and EN/AS/JISQ 9100
ATR (Avions de Transport Régional) is one of the first aircraft manufacturers to be certified ISO 9001-2000 and EN/AS/JISQ 9100, the worldwide quality standard in the field of aeronautics.

Jean-Claude Bourgeois, general director of BVQI France (Bureau Veritas Quality International), attended the official ceremony where the certificates were presented on October 9 2003.
ATR was previously certified ISO 9001-1994.
Jean-Paul Rouget, Quality Vice President stated: « This standard is a worldwide recognition for ATR that will enable us to cope better with a very strong competitive market which is constantly evolving. This certification provides our customers and our suppliers with another guarantee of quality and satisfaction, and demonstrates to them that we are in a constant process of improvement for our products and services. »
The certification ISO 9001-2000 et EN/AS/JISQ 9100 covers all ATR activities for design, manufacturing, sales, and servicing of ATR 42 and 72 aircraft.
