Coheris and EADS TELECOM conclude a European agreement with a combined offer designed for contact centers

COHERIS, the supplier of CRM and e-business solutions, and EADS TELECOM, the supplier of turnkey communications solutions, conclude a European cooperation agreement aimed at the proposal and promotion of a combined offer for contact centers.
Following the success of a number of projects carried out jointly, for example for INPI or Direct Finance, COHERIS and EADS TELECOM announce the creation of a combined approach based on COHERIS's Conso+, the leading European CRM software package, and EADS TELECOM's M7480 Contact Center solution.
Thus, the generalist CRM suite Conso+, with which over 500 clients throughout the world are currently equipped in Web access or client/server mode, will benefit from the intelligent call routing, interactive voice server as well as supervision functions of the M7480 Contact Center solution (PABX M6500 and Succession 6500 architecture).
Through this agreement, Conso+ becomes one of the preferred CRM tools recommended by EADS TELECOM for multi-channel contact centers. Because of this, EADS TELECOM's European distribution networks, including in particular SPIE Communications (formerly MNCD), AXIANS, Cofratel, Par-S-On, Verger-Delporte, will profit from this combined approach.
The two actors wished to start the promotional activity as soon as possible, such as presenting the joint offer with a demonstration at the TMAB salon at Brussels last May 14 to 16, or during the European Call Centers Week (SeCA) which will take place next May 29, 30 and 31 at Paris, Porte de Versailles.
According to Jean-Philippe Ciarella, Distribution Director for EADS TELECOM, "In order to respond to its clients' requirements, EADS TELECOM designed its M7480 Contact Center product on a "business approach" basis. This technological product is becoming closer and closer to the IT systems architecture, EADS TELECOM's role is to open up its applications and to support interactivity with the business applications.
The agreement with COHERIS expresses this new wish to cover the whole of the needs of its clients and integrator partners."
