EADS TELECOM presents its new solution designed for contact centers in an IP environment:the M7480 Contact Center

EADS TELECOM has chosen the " SeCA" (European Call Center Exhibition) in Paris 29/31 May, to present its new M7480 Contact Center solution, designed for large contact centers. An affirmation of the IP expertise it offers.

EADS TELECOM founded in 2001 is a provider of turnkey communications solutions based on civil technology to the Defence, Public Safety and Civil markets in the form of its Connexity range of solutions.

EADS TELECOM has a 30% share of the French market and an 8% share of the European market in enterprise telephony, thanks to its M6500/Succession platform, with 300,000 systems installed providing 9 million lines.

IP-based solutions account for one third of EADS TELECOM's clients, and it offers 10 years of experience in the call centers market.

The M7480 Contact Center: a compact, modular contact center solution

An open-ended solution for a future-safe contact center.

Running on the Succession 6500 or M6500IP PBX, the new version of M7480 Contact Center offers the following features as standard:

  • Skills-based routing
  • Database lookup
  • Management, supervision and statistics
  • Moving message management

This module is the ideal tool for improved management of customer relationships, for help desks numbering anywhere from a handful to over a hundred agents. It also supports seamless evolution to improved capacity and advanced functionality.

EADS TELECOM offers a whole range of voice terminals and peripherals with this solution, from analog telephones to IP i7xx LAN terminals and i2052 softphones, ideal for single-terminal management of voice-related applications.

A new large capacity module can support up to 1,500 agents on multiserver mode to offer an effective solution to the problems encountered in major call centers, distributed environments and virtual call centers.

The M7480 Call Center comes with optional modules offering more advanced customer relationship management functions:

  • Advanced scripting
  • Interactive voice server
  • CTI Agent
  • Outgoing calls
  • E-mail/fax management
  • Web interface

The M7480 Contact Center is a highly modular, competitive solution adaptable to the needs of the business. All that's needed to add extra functionality is a software key.
