EADS REVIMA becomes a 100 % EADS SOGERMA subsidiary

EADS SOGERMA has just bought back the EADS REVIMA shares balance of 30 % from AIR FRANCE. EADS REVIMA, which joined the SOGERMA SERVICES group in 1995, is now a fully owned subsidiary of EADS SOGERMA.
EADS REVIMA, located in Caudebec-en-Caux, close to Rouen, France, specializes in landing gear and APU (Auxiliary Power Units) maintenance and overhaul for all types of commercial aircraft. Within its current industrial reconfiguration, EADS REVIMA has just opened a new integrated APUs maintenance line.
In the same time, AIR FRANCE confirms its trust to the SOGERMA SERVICES Group and renewed its landing gear maintenance contracts for its entire A310/320 and B747 fleet.
