EADS and Airbus to co-operate with AMF

EADS confirms that in the context of the investigaton initiated by the French stock exchange authority AMF a few weeks ago, AMF is currently enquiring on site in Toulouse. The investigation relates to the development of the market in EADS shares and to timing of certain communications to the stock market. EADS and Airbus are fully co-operating with AMF on these matters.
EADS is a global leader in aerospace, defence and related services. In 2005, EADS generated revenues of € 34.2 billion and employed a workforce of about 113,000.
