HR Technologies and Management: A new player in HR process consulting and outsourcing

EADS ITS and IBM announce the launch of HR Technologies and Management (HRTM), a new joint venture engaged in human resources services. The combination creates a major player in consulting and outsourcing of HR solutions and processes for major corporations. HRTM will combine the expertise of IBM Business Consulting Services in Business Transformation Outsourcing (BTO)* and of EADS ITS in terms of HR outsourcing services and solutions.
