ATR Appoints New General Counsel

Sylvie Kandé de Beaupuy has been appointed General Counsel at the European consortium ATR (Avions de Transport Régional), located in Toulouse (France), where she is in charge of the legal department.
With a university degree in corporate, commercial, business and tax law of the University of Paris I, she specializes in mergers and acquisitions, asset acquisitions and disposals, restructuring and international transactions.
Before being nominated at ATR, Sylvie Kandé de Beaupuy was a lawyer at Clifford Chance in Paris since 1984.
Sylvie Kandé de Beaupuy replaces Francesco Giobbe who has left the company.
