Eurofighter Typhoon is a genuine swing role aircraft, with the ability to carry out several roles during a mission, shifting from Air-to-Surface and Air-to-Air roles. Due to the flexibility of the design, future missions and roles can be readily accommodated. This flexibility is based on advanced avionics, sensors and weapon integration techniques that are unique to this aircraft. One aircraft for all missions reducing costs, increasing effectiveness and enhancing interoperability with allied Air Forces.
