Rüdiger Grube and François David appointed as new Board Members of EADS

The shareholders of EADS have appointed two new members of the Board of Directors. At the company’s Annual General Meeting (AGM) in Amsterdam on   6 May, Rüdiger Grube and François David were elected to the Board of EADS, which consists of eleven executive and non-executive directors. They have replaced Eckhard Cordes and Jean-René Fourtou with immediate effect.
Rüdiger Grube is member of the Board of Management of DaimlerChrysler AG in charge of corporate development since 2002. François David is Chairman and CEO of Coface, an international credit insurance and credit management service provider since 1994.
