Airbus A319. The A319 is a shortened, 124-passenger version of the A320. The Airbus (length: 33.84 m, range: up to 6800 km) is the ideal complement for the A318, A320 and A321 for reasons of commonality. This means that the three types show a high degree of similarity as to product support, maintenance and pilot ratings. Furthermore, new standards have been set in civil aviation by also developing the Airbus Corporate Jetliner ACJ on the basis of the A319.
