Directors' Dealings

Disclosure of securities transaction

New rules on insider trading have come into effect in European Union member states pursuant to the implementation of the Market Abuse Directive. These new rules modify the requirements to disclose information on directors’ dealings, particularly with respect to the circle of persons to which the provisions applies, which has broadened. Under the new regulations, the requirements to disclose all transactions related to EADS securities will apply to the Board and other persons with significant managerial responsabilities within EADS (i.e. Executive Committee members) and their related persons. Such notifications will be published on the Company’s web-site and on the competent stock exchange authorities’ web-sites.
