Concept of the EADS Young Managers Conference
The annual Young Managers Conference (YMC) provides young managers with a platform for innovative debate on current issues within the aerospace industry. The conference language is English.
Structure
The Young Managers Conference is a two-day event with a large variety of speeches, discussions and round-tables. The conference is held annually, alternating between Paris and Munich. This year’s conference will be organized in the EADS Headquarters in Munich, Germany. Apart from the events in the Headquarters, other activities and social events will offer a great opportunity to build up contacts in an informal atmosphere.
Organizing Team
The annual Young Managers Conference is organized by the Corporate Young Manager Programme (CYMP) of EADS. CYMP consists of a broad variety of international and interdisciplinary young managers.
Patronage
The conference takes place under the joint patronage of the EADS CEOs, Mr Philippe Camus and Mr Rainer Hertrich.
