The “Juniors” philosophy
With the Juniors Programme, EADS aims at enhancing personal skills and abilities of its former trainees. Over the years, the programme has built itself a philosophy based on teamwork, internationality and networking.

Team spirit and personal development are both core fundaments of this initiative to maintain a contact with former trainees. Working on both levels of personal and mutual development, members of the EADS Juniors Programme interact as one and only team.
Thanks to the networks established, the EADS Juniors Programme gives its members the opportunity to be part of a growing European community of students and young graduates. Today, the programme is composed of about 40 students and a growing population of young graduates of different nationalities and backgrounds. Complementarity and networking are key issues developed all through meeting sessions and events.
