Overview of the Financial Management Development Programme (FMD)
The FMD Programme is one of our EADS Corporate Development Programmes. Under the sponsorship of our COO for Finance, Hans Peter Ring, EADS Leadership Development & Learning and Corporate Finance coordinate your future career.
The programme’s goal is to develop young professionals with outstanding financial background and prepare them to take over key EADS positions in the future. With FMD, EADS responds to an increased demand within EADS for highly qualified and international finance managers, proficient in management. Furthermore, our objectives are building a link between professional qualifications and the development of management competencies and creating a network between financial executives and managers within the EADS Group. Referring to these goals, through the FMD Programme, EADS Leadership Development & Learning targets to establish a sustainable core driving force within the finance area.
