Before being selected into the AMS Programme, I have completed a post graduate degree in International Finance and Trade and worked for 9 years within Aerospatiale Espace et Défense and then at EADS DCS in France as an Export Sales Manager.

In the framework of the AMS Programme, I first worked for EADS International in the Paris Headquarters with the Vice-President in charge of Poland on Airbus, Eurocopter and DCS campaigns as well as the EADS global strategy in Poland. Then, I went to Warsaw in the EADS representative office where I was the local support for the on-going campaigns and prospecting activities in the country. Afterwards, I came back to France within the Sales Directorate in Eurocopter, La Courneuve, working on the VIP Helicopters’ campaign in Poland and potential industrial cooperation’s within Hungary, Czech Republic, and Ukraine. Finally, I did my last assignment within the EADS representative office in Santiago of Chile where I worked for the organization of the FIDAE Airshow 2006 as well as the A400M, the Earth Observation Satellite and Helicopters campaigns.

All along my different assignments, I particularly appreciated to be involved with my different mentors in most of their activities, to benefit from their experience and to have an open access to a high level of information. Moreover, to be part of the EADS International team and to attend all the events organized by EADS International (such as the annual seminars) was a great experience to me and a very interesting source of information. It was furthermore complementary to my previous experience giving me an overall vision of the different businesses of EADS as well as a better understanding of the EADS global strategy and main challenges. Being part of AMS, I also had the opportunity to increase my network within the whole EADS group.

Following this AMS experience, I am now working within the EADS International team in Paris Headquarters as a Senior Manager Africa.
