Frequently Asked QuestionsWhat does the AMS programme consist of? Where will my projects be assigned? The two-year programme is based on four individually-tailored project assignments in actual EADS marketing and sales campaigns. You will be learning in EADS International, in field offices around the world and finally in Business Units or divisions of EADS. This includes all the stages involved from inviting speakers to lecture and debating all aspects of aeronautics to identifying sponsors to fund the event. Are there any off-the-job events, workshops or training sessions which I will be participating in during the programme?Yes. In addition to project-oriented assignments, a series of about five structured off-the-job workshops is conducted. These workshops and training sessions are designed to enhance individual communication and leadership skills within a culturally diverse environment. The training sessions focus on topics such as team building, communication skills, personality development and cultural awareness. Additionally, we provide a personal budget for individual further education. What are the programme’s requirements?
