As a participant in the AMS Programme, you will have the chance to work in close cooperation with EADS International and Business Units on actual marketing and sales campaigns. This involves completing four challenging six-month project assignments within EADS International, in EADS field offices and/or in EADS Business Units throughout the world. These different projects can be interlinked and will be related to the marketing and sales of aerospace, space and defence products/ systems and services.
In addition to your projects, we will offer you tailor-made trainings to strengthen your professional and personal competencies like the “Customer Relationship Workshop” and “Communication Workshop”. For further individual education you can benefit from an additional personal budget. Upon completion of the programme, you will have gained broad knowledge of the EADS Group and its various industries & markets.
A personal mentor will be guiding and supporting you along the path of the AMS programme. You will have the chance to take advantage of frequent development talks with your mentor and the programme coordinators. After the programme, you will be well prepared to be engaged in managerial responsibilities with challenging tasks in the field of Marketing & Sales.
