EADS PZL "Warszawa-Okęcie" S.A. was established in 1928 as the first Polish aircraft manufacturer. During the past 75 years the factory has produced over 3000 aircraft establishing sales in more than 30 countries worldwide. The factory and company HQ is located close to Okęcie International Airport in Warsaw, with the Agroservices operations (ZUA) located in Mielec in the South of Poland. In October 2001 PZL "Warszawa-Okęcie" S.A. became the first successfully privatised company of the Polish Defence Sector, with 51% Government holding in the company being sold to EADS-CASA (the current equity structure: 76% EADS CASA; 18% Ministry of State Treasury; 6% workers). The company now trades under the name of EADS PZL "Warszawa-Okęcie" S.A. and is a member of the EADS Group under the management of EADS-CASA.

PZL-104MA WILGA 2000 multipurpose 4 seat high wing monoplane with remarkable STOL capability. It can operate from the unprerpared fields, and if necessary it may be adapted to accept floats or skies. The aircraft is an excellent airborne surveillance platform and can be fitted with FLIR equipment (previous model PZL-104 M in this configuration is in service with the Polish Boarder Guard).

PZL-106 BTU-34 or BT-601 TURBO KRUK a specialised agricultural aircraft powered by a 750hp Pratt-Whitney PT6A-34 or Czech 730hp Walter M601D turboprop engine, the aircraft has a hopper capacity of 1500 kg and is one of the top aircraft in the world within its field of operations.

PZL-130 TC-II ORLIK fully aerobatic, turboprop, two seat military trainer, equipped with Martin Baker ejection seats and powered by the Pratt & Whitney PT6-25C 750shp engine. The Polish Air force has 38 ORLIK aircraft in service.
