Eurocopter South East Asia (ESEA) and National Utility Helicopters (NUH) sign a contract for two EC 145 helicopters

Le Bourget, PARIS AIRSHOW 2007, 19 June 2007

Eurocopter South East Asia (ESEA), Singapore based subsidiary of the world’s number one helicopter manufacturer, and National Utility Helicopters (NUH) are pleased to announce the contract signature of two EC145 helicopters today.

The two aircraft ordered are to be delivered at the end of 2008 and 2009. They will be used in Indonesia for corporate chartering services as well as for oil and gas operations respectively. This is the second helicopter acquisition by NUH, following the delivery of their first EC130 utility helicopter in December 2006.

This contract is proof of Eurocopter’s successful imprint on Indonesia’s growing public and private market. Latest successes include recent signatures for three corporate AS 350 helicopters to EASTINDO, an aircraft operator in Indonesia in January 2007, and the delivery of one Dauphin AS365 N3 to the Indonesian National Police in December 2006.
