New ATR Management Team

ATR's " Assemblée des Membres ", which held its meeting on May 30th, has confirmed ATR's new integrated structure and has appointed its new Management Team starting June 1st, 2001.
Have been appointed:

Chief Executive Officer: Jean-Michel Léonard, previously President of EADS ATR

Senior Vice President Commercial: Paolo Revelli-Beaumont

Senior Vice President Customer Services: Roberto Bellino

Senior Vice President Finance (CFO): Serge Queille

Senior Vice President Operations: Luigi Lombardi

General Secretary: Jean-Pierre Cousserans

Head of Human Resources: Alain Prat
The " Assemblée des Membres " has also appointed its Chairman : Dietrich Russell, Head of EADS Aeronautics, as well as the Chairman of the ATR Board: Camillo Perfido, Vice General Manager Aeronavali.
Earlier this month, ATR's parent companies, Finmeccanica/Alenia Aerospazio and EADS (European Aeronautic Defence and Space Company) have decided to regroup the core of its ATR activities into one single structure " ATR Integrated ", until then divided amongst various entities.
ATR Integrated brings together the industrial activities of EADS ATR (Final assembly, Engineering, Procurement), the Engineering and Procurement activities of Alenia Aerospazio as well as the current commercial activities of the ATR consortium.
